New York-based, RapisSOS, an advanced and intelligent security company recently raised $75 million led by BlackRock in additional funding.
The round brought a total of $150 million in funds into the company. The round was actively participated by BAM Elevate, Manhattan Venture Partners, NightDragon, Balyasny Asset Management, Harmonic Growth Partners, and Acrew Capital.

CEO of RapidSOS, Michael Martin said that the funds raised will enable them to product development and expansion across the globe.
RapidSOS is an advanced security company that uses AI to predict natural incident awareness, weapon detection, automatic response in emergencies, and crowd estimation and safety.
Moreover, RapisSOS is a combination of human intelligence and AI that uses global life-saving data collected from 540 million devices and more than 200 tech companies to respond in case of emergencies. RapidSOS is trained with 3 billion data feeds collected from 99 percent of the US population.
