LayerX Security Raised $26M Series A

Tel Aviv-based, LayerX Security is a SaaS company that provides security from web-borne threats, raised $26 million led by Glilot+ in a Series A round.

After this round, the total funds brought in by LayerX Security is $34 million. The round was actively backed by Dell Technologies Capital. Also, after this round MD Glilot Capital Lior Litwak and Dell Technologies Capital Yair Snir joined the board.

The co-founders said that the funds raised would be used for marketing, expansion, and growth. CEO Or Eshed, and CTO David Weisbrot, co-founded the company in 2022.

LayerX Security is a SaaS company that developed an Enterprise Browser Extension that can be installed in any browser on any system. This extension helps clients to turn their existing workspace into a secure place without changing anything.

Moreover, the LayerX Security extension is used by many MNCs to secure devices, data, apps, and identities from cyber attacks, web-borne threats, and data thefts. Also, the LayerX Security extension is available for Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, and major browsers, without bypassing and modifications. IT teams can check the threat in real time and eliminate it before any mishap.

CEO LayerX Security in a media briefing said that their extension doesn’t impact the speed, privacy, and efficiency of employees.
