California-based, Lily AI is a retail tech platform integrating with AI that raised $20 million led by Conductive Ventures in a Series B-1 round.
The round was actively backed by new investors Transform Capital, Counterpart Ventures, and Cendana Capital with the participation of existing investors NEA, Sorenson Capital, and Canaan.

CEO Lily AI, Purva Gupta said that the B-1 Series brought $62 million to the company and these funds will enable Lily AI to expand in the international market, upgrade its engineering team, and accelerate growth.
