MagicSchool AI Raised $15M Series A

Colorado-based, Magic School, a K-12 AI-based tech platform for students and educators raised $15 million led by Bain Capital Ventures in a Series A funding round.

Common Sense Media and Adobe Ventures actively backed the round. Some Angels such as Amjad Masad Replit founder, Rafael Garcia and Tyler Bosmeny Clever co-founders, and Amir Nathoo OutSchool co-founder also joined the round.

CEO Adeel Khan said the MagicSchool AI funding round will enable us to integrate AI with the education platform, marketing, expansion, and grow teachers’ count over students. Also, MagicSchool is working on AI development to enable generative and interactive classroom activities.

MagicSchool AI provides teachers with over 50 tools such as lesson plans, quiz creations, etc. and for students, it provides tools such as highlighters, revisions, etc. Moreover, 2 million teachers with 3,500 schools across the globe use MagicSchool AI.
