Bengaluru-based, Pocket FM, an audio platform developer company raised $103 million led by Lightspeed in a Series D round.
StepStone Group actively backed the round. After this round, the total funds raised crossed over $196.5 million.

CEO Pocket FM, Rohan Nayak said the funds raised will help us to expand in LATAM, Europe, and the US markets, create sound IP, and grow the content library.
Pocket FM started with the aim of redefining audio OTT space. Rohan said that there is no audio OTT and the category is free. So they decided to develop an audio series and create an audio OTT category.
Moreover, Pocket FM is focused on original story audio. The company has established its name in the entertainment space. Pocket FM has over 100,000+ hours of content, and surpassed $150 million ARR.
