California-based, Certa is a 3rd party management platform that raised $35 million led by Fin Capital in a Series B round.
Tru Arrow Partners and Vertex Ventures actively backed the round. Some existing investors including BDMI, Point72 Ventures, Mantis VC, Aglae Ventures, and GOAT Capital also joined the round. MD and founder of Fin Capital, Logan Allin joined the Certa’s Board and panel.

CEO Certa, Jag Lamba said that the raised funds will enable Certa to go to market, deeper market penetration, and expansion. Also, Certa is planning an expansion in the European market that will accelerate its growth.
Certa is a third-party compliance management platform that provides businesses with a sense of satisfaction for legal, risk management, and ESG by taking care of them.
Moreover, Certa is used by Fortune 500 companies. Certa provides a simple platform integration with more than 120 methods so that any business can easily integrate Certa into its system. Also, Certa is available in 41 languages across 120 countries.
