Enable Raised $120M Series D at $1.12B

California-based, Enable, a management platform for enterprises raised $120 million at $1.12 billion valuation led by Lightspeed Venture in a Series D round.

After this round, the funds brought in by the company are $276 million. The round was actively backed by major previous investors such as Menlo Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Insight Partners, and Norwest Venture Partners.

CEO Enable, Andrew Butt told the media that there are some changes in the board. Dan Levin and Arsham Memarzadeh joined the board, their expertise will help Enable to accelerate growth. The raised funds will be used to hire new teams, deliver insights to grow revenue and profit, bring new client opportunities, and expand.

Enable helps retailers, manufacturers, and distributors control rebate programs and increase growth. Enable provides them with real-time data insights so that the finance team can decide where they can rebate to tighten trade relationships.

Moreover, Enable has an in-house team of 550 employees who work from 5 locations and thousands of companies using Enable globally.
