Mexico City-based, Kapital, a fintech digital bank, raised $165 million in total; $40 million in equity, and $125 million in debt financing round.
Kapital raised $40 million led by Tribe Capital in a Series B and the round was participated by Tru Arrow, Cervin Ventures, Alumni Ventures, MS&AD Ventures, and others.

CEO Kapital, Rene Saul said that the raised funds will be used for product development, R&D, cross-border expansion, and growth of the product suite.
Kapital is an AI-based platform that helps SMBs/SMEs control and manage their business cash flows with insightful data in real time. Kapital first announced its $23 million Series A funding round the company has shown rapid growth in 2023.
Moreover, Kapital is also building a tech-integrated platform that helps SMBs/SMEs manage credit cards, loans, invoicing, services, and much more in a single dashboard.
