California-based, PermitFlow, that helps users by simplifying all the construction permit processes raised $31M led by Kleiner Perkins in Series A.
The round was supported with active participation of Felicis, Y Combinator, workflow software, Initialized Capital, Altos Ventures and ConTech, and AI angel investors.
CEO PermitFlow, Francis Thumpasery said in an interview that company uses these funds to further grow and expand operations. He further said that applying for construction permits is difficult and hassle process, PermitFlow helps builder to get them easily in simple manner.
Moreover, till date PermitFlow managed to deliver 5,000 house construction permit along with commercial plans easily. However CEO said that they are constantly improving their support system and integrate their platform with all the necessary government portals so that they easily increase workflow, reduce work involved in permit application so that they improve their outcome.
