California-based, Rasa, a conversational AI with low-code UI raised $30 million led by StepStone Group in a Series C round.
The round was actively backed by PayPal Ventures, Basis Set Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz from a16z, and Accel.

CEO Rasa, Melissa Gordon said that the funds raised will enable us to grow our sales and marketing team and new roles in Customer Success that accelerate growth.
Rasa is an advanced conversational AI with a user-friendly and easy low-code UI that gives companies a hands-on experience. CTO, Dr. Alan Nichol said that Rasa Studio and Rasa Pro with CALM are in the pipeline, it will deliver out-of-the-box conversation handling.
In 2016, Melissa founded Rasa, which is now used by 2 world’s best banks, travel companies, and major insurers.
