Recently I successfully passed the Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution exam.
Even though I work with Azure on a daily basis (predominately in the Infrastructure space), I don’t currently do a lot of hands-on work with the Azure AI solutions (aka Cognitive Services). However, it is an area that I have an interest in, and have been reading up on lately. It’s, for this reason, I decided to attempt the exam, to gauge where my current knowledge was.
Here’s the list in no specific order:
Learning path for Azure AI Engineer
Microsoft has provided a guide for learning all about the Azure Cognitive Services, completely comprised of Microsoft Learn modules. Which means it’s all free!
It starts out with Azure Fundamentals, but then covers topics including Machine Learning, Cognitive Speach Services, Vision Services, Language Services, even Azure Bot Services.
The Cloud Society site (https://cloudsociety.fastlane.live/courses), has a course specifically for the AI-100 exam entitled: Designing and Implementing an Azure AI Solution. This course is designed to help you prepare for Microsoft’s Azure AI Engineer certification test and to teach core concepts around two pillars of Microsoft’s AI stack, Apps & Agents and Cognitive Services.
I hope these reference, resources, and methodologies may be of some help to you as well. If you know of any other resources that you think should be included in this list, reach out, and I’ll add it.
