California-based, Unit21, an infrastructure compliance and risk-covering company raised $45 million led by Tiger Global in a Series C round.
The round was actively backed by South Park Commons.
Unit21 Raised $45M Series For Fraud Dao
CEO Unit21, Trisha Kothari said in an interview that the raised funds will be used to accelerate the growth of the Fraud DAO consortium. This fintech initiative holds more than 10% of the US consumer transactions.
Unit21 helps individuals and consumers mitigate infrastructure compliance and risk. Unit21 has upgraded systems that help to fight money laundering and fraud-related infrastructure.
Moreover, Unit21 helped users with 4.8 billion transactions related to infrastructure with a total amount of $693 billion which is 5.2 times greater than the last year. Also, Unit21 prevents 16,000 frauds of $8.9 billion with suspicious activity.
