Baseten AI Raises $40M Led By IVP And Spark In Series B Funding
Founded in 2019, Baseten, an AI Infrastructure company based in San Francisco, CA happily announced their series B funding of $40M led by IVP And Spark.
All the existing investors in Baseten like Greylock, Lachy Groom, and South Park Commons, Base Case also joined this new funding round.
Recently few new features like Multi cloud support, best hardware access and much more were introduced in their system. Baseten has also partnered with AWS and GCP to solve the cloud computing issues.
Baseten reveals that they will be introducing more clouds (more GPUs), an optimization engine to limit the workload of the machines and a brand new orchestration layer (thin pipe like structures) to enhance user experience.
Baseten also shares that the $40M funding round would be used to accelerate the machine learning.
