Boston-based CloudZero, a leading cloud management company, raised a $32M funding round led by Innovius Capital and Threshold Ventures.
CloudZero’s existing investors, Matrix Partners, G20 Venture, and Underscore VC, also participated in the funding round.
Two new members from the investor’s company were added to the CloudZero board of directors list: Justin Moore from Innovius Capital and Arpit Mittal from Threshold Ventures.

The CEO of the company CloudZero, Phil Pergola aims to use this funding to scale their business. CloudZero remains to be the leading cloud intelligence company that helps a company to maximize its cloud usage by cutting off unnecessary usage.
