EvaluAgent, a UK based company was started by three friends after decades of research and experince in customer industry with the aim to provide quality assurance to software contact centers.
Recently, EvaluAgent raised $20M funding by PeakSpan Capital. PeakSpan Capital has invested in various other ventures. Phil Dur who is a well known software investor for over 25 years, said that EvaluAgent is by far one of the best customer performance improvement software company, which is why he is delighted to invest in this venture.
